Emergency Paediatric First Aid
For those with a professional interest in the health, safety and wellbeing of children and infants, this course covers relevant basic first aid and CPR. As a short course, it does not fulfil the requirements for Paediatric First Aid as set by EYFS and OFSTED.
This qualification is unit 1 of the two-day Paediatric First Aid course and ideal for new starters in childcare or where there are already a number of 2-day qualified staff that can be certificated with a non-regulated MVA Training certificate or certificated with the Ofqual regulated FAA Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid (RQF).

From completing this course learners could progress by completing unit 2 and being awarded the full 2-day Award in Paediatric First Aid.
